We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today between Future Applied Computer Technology - FACT, a subsidiary of Jordan Islamic Bank البنك الإسلامي الأردني – Al Baraka Group, represented by the Chief Executive Officer CEO Dr. Hussein Said Saifan and the General Manager Mr. Saleh Al-Dabbagh, and BankCube represented by the Managing Director Mr. Abdo Abdullah Abdo Alliddawi, and signed on behalf of the company by the Director of Sales Mr. Dawood Karazoon. This agreement establishes a framework for cooperation and strategic partnership between both parties to regulate the relationship and expand operations in marketing and selling banking products and banking services of both entities, as well as providing consultancy and training services for banks in various countries. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to enhancing our capabilities and delivering the best solutions to our clients and partners.
