(BETL™) Multiple sources data consolidation system

A system used to consolidate different data sources into one database after data mapping and business rules configuration. In addition to data migration, it could be used for multisource consolidation and reporting, in addition to producing clean and business-oriented data sets from single or multiple data sources for different purposes.

(DocCap™) Document Capturing and Archiving

A document scanning system integrated with Core System and Archiving system. The scanning process invoked from Core Banking System by sending transaction details to DocCap™ where DocCap™ take over to scan documents, archive documents and send response to the core system for scanning and archiving completions. The system has the feature of storing scanned documents and archive later; and has store response and send later for core system. The system can be tailored to bank needs in terms of scanning and archiving process. The system is equipped with a dashboard showing the progress of scanning and archiving.

(DSS™) Data Masking & Scrambling

The system secures all customer sensitive data elements for nonproduction environments in the bank using advanced techniques covering all data types; keeping the system working with meaningful data elements and integrated with all other systems. DSS can handle unlimited number of systems and different types of databases with fast process for masking, scrambling, and other data security functions.

(ERS™) Enterprise Reconciliation System

A comprehensive solution that reconciles multi sources with multi destinations based on business defined rules to generate gaps report and set of actions. The solution is configurable that provides capabilities for different business reconciliation needs such as Nostro & Vostro, Cards, SADAD, Cheques, …etc. It is integrated with core system and other sources to collect data for reconciliation. It has different modules for reconciliation (Account Management, Data Management, Reconciliation Management, Transaction Management, Reports, and Workflow Engine).

(DSP™) Data Services Platform

DSP™ is a platform for data preparation and services. It supports instant customer services by providing online data services for reports, inquiries, statements, letters, advices, and contracts for bank end users or for different bank channels including branches, call center, internet banking, and mobile banking. It reads data from core systems and/or other data sources and provides online reports or PDF documents. The platform can send email with PDF attachments. It is a highly configurable solution, integrated with core system and digital channels, provides data feeds and data services in PDF & Excel formats for operation reports, documents, and end of day reports/files. It has ready-made reporting model for all T24 modules (English/Arabic/Bilingual) with more than 700 reporting templates ready to be used by different business lines. It has access management capabilities with source elements data mapping. It has documents and reports design capability with different data views for different bank users or customers segments. It provides auto generation capabilities based on system trigger or scheduled action and auto archive of the generated documents.

(AOM™) Asset Operaions Managment

AOM™ is a platform supporting all assets related operations for assets leasing and financing. The platform manages asset (Auto or Real estate) processes between financing company/ bank and related parties like Auto Suppliers/Agents/Showrooms, Insurance, Transportation companies, Real estate developers/companies, evaluators, and other parties. All external parties will be provided with web portals to be fully included in the Asset leasing or financing process. While AOM™ is providing full asset services coverage for Islamic Auto/real-estate leasing products; still, it can service Islamic Auto financing and conventional asset leasing/financing. It is a platform to accommodate Bank marketplace for different corporate customer asset offers like real estate, cars, …etc; and complement these offers with bank financing services by providing initial loan offer on the selected items. It connects customers (account holders and non-account holders) and bank corporate customers (like real estate developers, cars dealers, …etc.) to buy and finance goods. It has full administration services for the bank and could be extended to corporate customers where they can upload their real estate unit pics and videos, or upload cars features and pics by giving them direct access controlled by the Bank. BMP™ is an Asset Marketing Website. It is a customer website that provides a place for selling cars loans and real-estate mortgages. It provides a portal for asset registration for suppliers/agents and/or real-estate developers/agents. It provides bank users with full market administration and asset publishing. It provides Auto and Mortgage Presentation and asset details navigation in addition to Auto and Mortgage leads initiation.

(TAdvice™) Bank documents generation for Letters, advices and statement.

A PDF generation solution for statements, letters, contracts, and agreements based on predefined template to generate PDF documents for direct printing or sending as email attachment or passing to other digital solution like internet banking, mobile banking for customer viewing and/or printing; or sending to internal CRM for bank user viewing or printing. The solution provides instant customer service and enriches digital services. TAdvice™ is highly configurable solution that generates documents related to different bank transactions and services. It is fully integrated with the core banking system or statement data sources. It generates documents in both Arabic and English covering simple and complex mapping.

(TSig™) a digital signature capturing and authorization

a digital signature capturing and authorization solution that is fully integrate with core system, ECC, and related capturing devices. It has full signature administration and registration, digital devices enablement, online customer authentication, different authentication mechanisms including government integration. TSig™ provides retail and corporate signatures management, signatory matrix setup and management, signatures capturing (centralized or decentralized), authorization matrix and financial authority management.

(DCO™) Digital Customer Onboarding

Customer onboarding solution provides access for public customers and internal access for bank users. It provides full capabilities for online customer onboarding. The solution has 3 modules for customer registration, application processing, and customer account activation. The solution integrates with Core system, SMS gateway, archiving system and other KYC related systems. It has different validations, different routings, and check list based on customer segment, nationality, …etc. The customer onboarding could be fully automated with sufficient integration with related banking systems including the core; and could be semi-automated with the bank internal authorization process. The solution provides administration and configuration capabilities for bank users, workflows, warning messages, SMS setup, eMail setup, Integration configuration. (MCA™) Merchant Cash Advance

MCA™ provides Merchant SMEs with cash advance services based on merchants’ transactions volume and history of completed, approved, and settled transactions accepted through their POS. The solution targets SMEs merchants (or any selected customer segments) that have bank acquiring POS devices connected to the bank under bank license. Those merchants automatically included for eligibility check for cash advance payment service, subjected to meet the Bank’s parameters and criteria. MCA™ has configured merchants’ criteria parameters to sort up all merchants that meet the conditions to be eligible for the cash advance payment. Matching rules could be defined for number of parameters and conditions. The solution has static data definitions, advanced parameters, cash advance calculation engine, repayment parameters, eligibility criteria setup, and fees setup, in addition to full user access controls, dashboards, reports, and integration needs.

PMS™ provides full capabilities for banks or company to manage procurement process starting from department requirements/purchase request until PO issuance. The solution provides the bank/company end users with operational portal and provides suppliers with vendors portal. The solution has a supplier management module to define all supplier related information. PMS™ provides end to end procurement process management including bank operations and supplier operations. The solution provides Tendering process, Direct Purchase, RFP issuance, receiving vendor proposals, vendors evaluation and selection and then PO issuance. The process will go through predefined authorization workflows based on bank/company approval process. Suppliers will be involved in the process by receiving RFPs or receiving direct purchase request, issue proposal, and accept POs. The solution provides administration functions for users’ management, vendors’ management, taxes management, workflow management, and reports. PMS™ can be integrated with internal systems to collect currency exchange rates and with SMTP for emails notifications. There are complementary solutions that can be added to PMS™ system like Invoice Management System (IMS™).

(IMS™) Invoices Management System

The invoices management system can be part of PMS™ or can be implemented as standalone solution with integration with existing bank/company processes. The solution has a supplier management module to define all supplier related information. The solution provides the bank/company end users with operational portal and provides suppliers with vendors portal. Invoice/payment process automation will follow bank/company defined workflows and payment authorization approval process. Vendors/Suppliers can initiate invoices using their portal based on payment terms or payments agreement and then the bank/company processes received invoices and generate payment requests through bank/company payment system based on predefined approval processes. The solution can be integrated with bank/company payment system for payment processing and SMTP for emails notifications.

(RECM™) Real-estate Claims Managment between developers and the bank

RECM™ solution provides RE developer a mechanism to claim payment from the bank based on agreed payment terms between RE developer and the bank for the bank financed RE units. Claims could be single or batch. The solution provides an internet portal for RE developer to initiate claims and validate payment status, and provide web portal for bank users to validate, authorize and payment processing. Legal attachments on RE unit development can be attached and viewed by both parties. A workflow will be defined to control the process at RE developer portal side and at the bank side for accepting claims and authorizing payments. Outstanding balances can be viewed and tracked by both parties and will be validated against each claim payment.
